Ski Training
We normally ski from the morning until noon and small physical training session in the afternoon. We travel around to get always best conditions for training.
We assign small number of athletes to each coach to provide an environment where each athlete receives individual attention.
Physical Training
We gives you all kinds of training that is necessary for skiing. depending on the day/athlete, we make one or two times training session.
We also provide guidance on the nutrients that are essential for strengthening the body.
TRA program for OFF
You can get training programs when you are not able to join the team. Our coach will stay in touch to each athlete and make training programs for your needs. Be prepared all time! We take care of you all time even when you are away from us at the moment.
